Privacy policy
1. Who we are
Wättssoul Inc., doing business as 33WATTS ("33WATTS," "we," "us"), is a Nevada company that designs, builds, hosts and manages websites, web apps and other digital products.
This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit 33watts.com (the "Site"), contact us, or use tools on the Site, and what we do with it. It does not cover the websites we build or host for our clients. Section 10 explains how that works.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.
2. Information we collect
We collect only what we need to answer you, run the Site and deliver our services.

We do not ask for sensitive information such as health data, government ID numbers or financial account numbers through the Site. Please don't include it in a form or message.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Reply to your messages and give you quotes or estimates
- Send you a short email confirming we received your message through the contact form
- Plan, deliver, host and support the services you hire us for
- Send invoices and keep business and tax records
- Keep the Site secure, stop spam and abuse, and fix technical problems
- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it
- Send you updates or newsletters, but only if you opted in. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.
- Comply with the law and protect our legal rights
We will not use your information for a new purpose that is unrelated to these without telling you first.
4. Cookies, analytics and Do Not Track
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. The Site does not set any cookies. The two tools below work without them:
- Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits and shows which pages are useful. Cloudflare states that this tool does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
- Cloudflare Turnstile protects our contact form from spam and bots. It loads only when you open the contact form, and it checks signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser type, to tell people from automated programs.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This does not affect how the Site works.
Do Not Track: Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common industry standard for it, so the Site does not currently respond to it. We do not track you across other websites either way.
5. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with companies that help us run our business. They may use it only to provide their service to us.

We may also share information:
- With your consent, or at your direction
- When the law requires it, such as a valid subpoena or court order
- To protect the rights, safety or property of 33WATTS, our clients or others
- With a buyer or successor if our business is sold or merged. We will tell you if that happens.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. How long we keep it, how we protect it, and where it goes
Retention. We keep information only as long as we need it:

Security. We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls and reputable providers to protect your information. No method of storing or sending data over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as the law requires.
International transfers. We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. If you visit from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and handled in the US, where privacy laws may differ from yours. Where required, we rely on safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights and choices
Wherever you live, you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or tax reasons
- Stop sending you marketing emails (or click "unsubscribe" in any email)
To make a request, email info@33watts.com. We may need to confirm your identity before we act. We answer within the time the law requires, usually 30 to 45 days. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
Visitors in the EU, UK and Switzerland. We process your information on these legal bases: to take steps you asked for before a contract or to perform a contract (answering inquiries, delivering services), our legitimate interests (running and securing the Site, improving our services), your consent (marketing emails), and legal obligations (tax records). You also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
California residents. We do not sell or share personal information as California law defines those terms, and we do not disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing. You may contact info@33watts.com to review or request changes to the personal information we hold about you.
Other US states. Residents of states with their own privacy laws may have similar rights. Email us and we will honor the rights your state gives you.
8. Children
The Site and our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@33watts.com and we will delete it.
9. Links to other websites
The Site may link to other websites, including our clients' sites and our blog sources. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Please read their policies.
10. Websites we build or host for clients
When we build, host or manage a website or app for a client, the client decides what data that site collects and how it is used. The client is responsible for that site's privacy policy. We handle that data only on the client's instructions, under our client agreement. If you have a question about a client's website, contact that business directly.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will also tell you by email or with a notice on the Site before it takes effect.
